The local government isn’t often logical.

The local hunters association wasn’t real helpful when I asked about bounties. Worried about rivals?! I must look like more of a badass bounty hunter than I thought 8-)
Here in Kumamoto, bounties are as follows:
crow 500yen
boar 8000yen
deer 13,000yen
monkey 100,000yen(!) <need special permission to shoot though>

For monkeys is there a set limit on how many you can shoot?
Also why are the bounties so cheap in Kumamoto? For boars the hunters here get about 20,000 each.
