Now that the temperatures have come up, my sourdough starter has finally acquired a tangy sour taste!

This high hydration bread is REALLY delicious. You can eat it without any jam or butter, it's just that good. Now that it's got the sour tang, it completely stands out from typical dry yeast bread. There's no mistaking the better quality.

If anyone wants a bit of my starter just let me know (Or if you have some of your own starter and would like to share!)

glad to hear your using the proper yeast!
i used to love making panna de casa with a nice natural yeast, had mine going for a couple of years
before i came over!
