Because one of my hobbies is looking at property online, I would like to share finds with you.
I am in no way promoting any of these properties, but just posting them as food for thought.
Please also feel free to post any of your own finds.

That house is absolutely free ? Ok, you have to spend on repairs but I didn't think you'd be able to get a house absolutely free of charge. Nice find

looking forward to see what else you dig up.

You have to pay gift tax and of course for the registration etc but apart from that the actual property is free.

That's a substantial plot of land with the house.

I came across that Niigata property too. The renovated areas are calling out for some quality UN-renovation in my opinion

I totally agree. They are just turning it into another mass produced look.

Now we will have more competition in building our real estate empire and taking control of Japan with all your findings. Niigata still on the cold side for me but nice beaches in summer.

I am thinking to break this thread up, with each new property in a new thread.
That way older posts can sink down without ending up in a monstrous and heavy thread.

That's an amazing find. I am thinking of moving to the country-side too.
