That's amazing they were able to move it without any damage, must have cost a packet. I wonder who gets the blame and has to pay the final cost ?

How long did it take to slide the building, was it like something you could observe or more like a slow inching to one side ?

Yes ZN, I also wonder who finally pays. Suspect it will be the construction company, they wouldn’t want this to bring down their national image. Minor yen for them.

Have heard of a similar situation in Japan, but when they started to move the building it dropped on one side. Took a year of legal battles to fix it.

I didn’t see the moving, so don’t know how long they actually took.

Well they wouldn't want to look like rank incompetents that didn't even bother to check if the building was overhanging the boundary at any time would they ? :lol:

That's a seriously large building to be moving but you'd never know that it had been shifted judging by the pictures. Some impressive relocation skills indeed.

Definitely impressive but doesnt surprise me that they stuffed up in the first place.
